Guidelines of the Dental Savings Plan

  • The patient portion of the cost is due on the day of service.
  • The plan is valid only at Miami Valley Smiles
  • The Dental Savings Plan may not be used with any other offers.

Exclusions & Limitations

This program is a discount membership plan, NOT a dental insurance plan. It can not be used in conjunction with another dental plan or dental insurance plan.

Our Dental Savings Plan

Not everyone has dental insurance. We are here to help. Our plan has the care you need at a price you can afford. We are less expensive than most private dental plans.

  • 1 panorex or FMX x-rays every 3-5 years
